报告人简介:

Dr Xiangzhou Yuan is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow of Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, Korea University. He received his MSc and PhD from Ajou University in 2013 and 2016 respectively. Dr Yuan’s research interests include thermo-chemical conversion of carbon-containing solid fuels, synthesis, characterization, application of porous carbons, carbon capture and conversion, wastewater treatment, and process modeling, analysis, and optimization. He has published 28 scientific articles in Applied Energy, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of the Energy Institute, and conference proceedings. He also has 4 Korean Domestic Patent.

Dr Yuan was awarded as the Korea BK21 plus research professor supported by National Research Foundation of Korea, and was assigned as a reviewer for 2017 International Conference on Applied Energy. He was also appointed as the editorial board member of American Journal of Energy Engineering from 2018 to 2020.
